• identify customer needs and refers them to appropriate banking services
• accept money or checks deposited by customers, verifies records and receipts, and credits customers' accounts
• pay money to customers according to advice slips, checks or negotiable documents, and debits customers' accounts

• conduct foreign currency transactions for overseas travelers
